All group passengers must show valid government-issued photo identification and become members of the Rapid Rewards Players Club. Membership is free. All groups are responsible for their own transportation. All bus group reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Must be 19 years of age or older. Some restrictions apply. All offers are subject to change or cancellation by the Great Blue Heron Casino without prior notice.
Group Leader bonuses are available to volunteer Group Leaders who are not paid or reimbursed by any company or organization for services directly related to organizing or participating in group or motorcoach activities. Available only for qualifying motorcoach and group arrivals. Minimum patron requirements must be met to qualify for Group Leader bonus. Great Blue Heron Casino will issue bonus once requirements are fulfilled. Any misrepresentation of volunteer Group Leader status will result in immediate ineligibility to participate in GBHC Motorcoach and Group programs. All Group Leaders and individuals must obtain RRPC membership to obtain an offer.
Passenger/Group member manifests will be required 3 business days prior to arrival to be eligible for any Motorcoach or Group offer. Motorcoach and Group arrivals must be pre-booked with a valid confirmation number prior to arrival to be eligible for any offer. Due to site blackout periods, incentives may be reduced or restricted to specific times. GBHC reserves the right to alter or cancel any group package. Persons with self-excluded or trespassed status, as determined by the GBHC will not be eligible to participate in this or any GBHC promotions and if detected at our gaming property will be removed and trespassed.
