RULES OF PLAY
- The Roulette Wheel is marked with numbers 1 through 36 and the symbols “0” and “00”. The numbers are alternately coloured red and black, and the “0” and “00” are green. Colour and number combinations offer a variety of betting options. Wagers can be placed on individual numbers or groups of numbers.
- Roulette chips are different from other casino chips. Each player receives a different colour chip and decides the value of the chip when they are purchased. Roulette chips may be purchased in any quantity.
- While bets are being placed, the dealer spins the roulette ball. Bets may be placed until the dealer announces “no more bets”.
When the ball falls into a number on the roulette wheel, the dealer places a marker on the winning number on the table layout, clears the table of losing bets and pays the winning bets. When you bet on even chances (even, odd, red, black, 1-18, 19-36) and “0” or “00” comes out, those bets will be lost. The adjoining diagram indicates the payoffs for single chip bets and the many combinations available.
